These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of genesishomerenovations.com (the “Site”), operated by Genesis Home Renovations (“Genesis Home Renovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Our Services

Genesis Home Renovations is a home renovation and remodeling contractor serving Orange County, Riverside, and the Inland Empire, California. The Site provides general information about our company and services and lets you request a free estimate or contact us. The Site itself does not sell products or complete transactions online.

Estimates, Quotes, and Contracts

Any estimate, quote, price, timeline, or description of work presented on the Site or provided in response to an inquiry is for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer or contract. All renovation and remodeling work is governed by a separate, written agreement signed by you and Genesis Home Renovations that sets out the scope of work, price, payment schedule, and other terms. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Licensing

Genesis Home Renovations is a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor operating in the State of California in accordance with the requirements of the Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Our current license and bonding information is available on request and is provided in our written agreements.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the networks or security services (including our content-delivery and bot-management provider) connected to it;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Site or submit forms, or attempt to circumvent any CAPTCHA, bot-verification, or rate-limiting measure we use to protect the Site; or
  • Copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We use automated security tools, including a web application firewall, bot-management, and CAPTCHA/verification services, to protect the Site and its forms from abuse. We may block, rate-limit, or refuse traffic or form submissions we reasonably believe to be automated, fraudulent, or abusive, without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, project images, and design — is the property of Genesis Home Renovations or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating our services, but you may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Testimonials and Project Photos

Testimonials, reviews, ratings, and project photographs on the Site reflect the experiences of specific clients and specific projects. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Every renovation project is different, and outcomes depend on many factors unique to your property and scope of work.

Communications Consent

By providing your contact information and submitting a form or otherwise contacting us, you consent to be contacted by Genesis Home Renovations by phone, email, and — where you have opted in — text message, regarding your inquiry and our services. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Following a link is at your own risk, and the third party’s own terms and privacy policy will apply.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Home Renovations and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis Home Renovations and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
